Providing workers greater skills has never been more important, this training gives a foundational understanding of all-important aspects of manufacturing and plant skills. This training provides portable skills applicable to all sectors of manufacturing.
This training also allows the individual to sit for the testing that results in MSSC CPT Certification - Nationally recognized certification program for skilled “production technicians.”
Certification awarded to students and employees who pass assessments in four areas:
- Production and Processes
- Quality Assurance
- Maintenance Awareness
- Safety
Banner Center’s training products:
- Manufacturing Fundamentals - (Entry-level technician – 114 contact hours)
- Manufacturing Essentials - (Incumbent technician – 80 contact hours)
The MSSC CPT articulates into the Engineering Technology Degree for 15 credit hours towards the technical core at participating Florida colleges and universities (please consult your local academic institution).
